Standard (19" × 4.5")

The straight heavy dummy. Consistent weight distribution, straightforward to throw and handle. Built for dogs working through a weight progression or training on large, uniform game birds, such as big Candadian Geese.

Segmented (22.5" × 4.5")

The segmented version introduces movement and an uneven center of gravity, replicating the way a large, limp animal, such as a fox or racoon, actually feels in a dog's mouth. A limp animal doesn't carry like a bumper. The segmented dummy teaches your dog to adjust his grip, re-balance mid-carry, and deliver cleanly no matter what he's holding. For versatile gundog trainers, this is the closest thing to the real thing without using the real thing.
