You Can Never Fully Prepare for Hunting in dog Training

You can never fully prepare for real hunting scenarios in training. I was reminded of this on our recent duck hunting trip to North Dakota, where we took Cali on her first real waterfowl hunt. She did excellent, we worked her through some struggles, and realized some aspects of our training we need to work on.
