How to Make an Effective Correction dog training
How to make an effective correction with your dog? One of the biggest issues we see with new or inexperienced handlers is the inability of them to make an effective correction on their dog when they need it. An effective correction gets a change, and to get it, you need to have good timing, the right amount of pressure, and the right tools. This is one of the things we teach at our DogBone Handlers Workshops, which this episode is from!
As always,
thanks for tuning in and keep the questions and feedback coming.
Also, a HUGE THANK YOU to the Turnpike Troubadours for allowing us to use a snippet from one of our all-time favorite songs The Bird Hunter. Make sure to check out their music, they are a favorite of ours.
